Our Tour Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Before 48 Hours

Cancellations prior to 48 hours of tour date will receive a full refund.

After 48 Hours

Cancellation within 48 hours of tour date will receive no refund.

Failure to Arrive

If you miss the departure or fail to show up at the right place or at the right time, there will be no refund. The value of your tour may not be applied towards a future tour, as this is the same as giving a refund.

Pick-Up Location

Please check the individual tour details page on our website for directions to the pick-up location.

Public Transit

If you are using public transportation to get to the pick-up location, please check the transit schedule in advance to ensure that you can get there in time for our departure.

Safety

We cannot guarantee weather, traffic, or road condition. Safety is and always will be our primary concern with our passengers.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel tours if there is any compromise to passenger safety. Reasons for cancellations of tours may include bad weather, unsafe road conditions, accidents, or vehicle issues. We will take no responsibility for cancelled tours beyond the refund of all money paid, which will constitute full settlement.

Rescheduling

We will try and reschedule your tour if it works with your schedule.

Liability Waiver

All passengers waive the right to hold KB Tours liable for any injury or death arising from tour activities.

Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservations

Reservations are required for all tours. Reservations are required at least 24 to 48 hours before the tour date.

Reserved Seating

There is no reserved seating on our vehicles. Please arrive early to have a better choice of seat selection.

Full Payment

Full payment is due at time of booking.

Online Payments

All payments must be made online.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
